Impressive Program:  The theme of our 2012 Annual Meeting is A Shared Vision for Transforming Healthcare.   Elliott Fisher, MD, MPH, Director of the Center for Population Health at the Dartmouth Institute, will provide the keynote address.  Dr. Fisher’s research focuses on the causes, consequences and implications of variations in health system performance.  You won’t want to miss this dynamic speaker who is as relevant as he is inspiring.
