Dear Distinguished Guest Faculty Member:
On behalf of the 2017 Annual Meeting Planning Committee, thank you so much for agreeing to serve as a member of this year's esteemed faculty. As you know, our conference will be held March 30th – April 1st at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation in Amelia Island, Florida. We believe this year’s theme of Burning Brightly, Not Burning Out: Engaging Caregivers and the C-Suite in Strategies and Solutions will certainly resonate with our membership, and we look forward to your presentation. It may be helpful to review the complete conference agenda and be reminded of your confirmed date and time.
In order to ensure CME compliance and the excellent quality conference to which our members are accustomed, I ask that you please note and honor the following important deadlines:

Upon receipt of your slides, I will forward them to a pre-assigned planning committee member for their review and input. Suggestions for changes may be made and returned to you for your review. Once reviewed and approved, slides will be saved as PDF files for conference attendees’ on-site meeting materials as well as for AIAMC members’ online access following the meeting. Please note that NO CHANGES may be made to your slides once they have been submitted and approved by the planning committee.

The timely receipt of these materials is critical to the success of our conference, and I thank you in advance for your cooperation.
